Return Policy

We are happy to accept online returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund, or exchange for an item of equal value. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. 

To make a return, please e-mail contact.madebylizette@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs will be free and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the post office. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.


Shipping Policy

Ready-to-ship items may take around 1-7 business days to process depending on the volume of orders per online drop. Preordered items will take around 3-4 weeks to process. Once processed, orders typically take 1-5 business days to be delivered (in the US).
We typically ship through USPS, and do not ship on US holidays.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays. We ship to the US and Canada only.


Refund Policy

We provide a customer satisfaction guarantee, or your money back. For refunds and issues, reach out to contact.madebylizette@gmail.com with your concerns. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of service completion. If your refund request is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
